Rise Studio is a specialized outsourcing studio that provides high-quality development and creative services to video game development companies worldwide. Our experienced
team consists of professionals from various fields of the games industry who work passionately on every project, whether it's a AAA title or an indie creation.

  • Character, environment and object modeling

  • High-poly and low-poly assets

  • UV mapping, texturing (PBR workflow), rigging and skinning

Animation

  • Character animations (keyframe, mocap processing)

  • Cinematic scenes

  • In-game interactions and movement systems

  • As well as animations for advertising materials

3. User ConductProhibited Activities:

You agree not to: Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks. Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.
We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate these guidelines.

All content provided by Rise Pictures, including course materials, videos, and written content, is the property of Rise Pictures and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our explicit permission.

5. Remuneration and payment terms:

Pricing structure: Depending on the type and scope of the project, we use the following billing models:

  • Hourly billing
    Based on an hourly rate approved by the client, according to a detailed time sheet.

  • Fixed-price project
    A fixed price determined based on pre-agreed work package(s). The payment schedule is tied to milestones or stages.

  • Mixed model
    A fixed budget with flexible subtasks, on an hourly or daily basis.

  • Invoicing and payment terms
    Invoicing is done electronically, at the end of each month or according to milestones.

Default payment term: net 14 or net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices are issued in EUR, USD or HUF, as previously agreed. Payment methods Bank transfer
(primary) PayPal / Wise (by separate agreement) Crypto payments are currently not supported

6. Disclaimer of Warranties No Guarantees:

Rise Pictures provides its services “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations
or that they will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of LiabilityNo Liability for Damages:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.
